As part of its mission to bring a quality impulse to the pensions industry the Institute for Pension Education organises events, and its anual conference in December.

The events are distinguished by the original view offered by professionals on current topics usually not heard elsewhere, a high degree of participation by delegates, and renowned speakers, such as General David Petraeus, former Dutch prime minister Jan Peter Balkenende, investment management guru Mark Mobius, NATO Admiral Rob Bauer or the president of Shell Netherlands, Marjan van Loon.
